Many of us feel this heavy pressure of guilt for all kinds of things happening in our lives. In this episode it is my intention to help shed some light on what guilt is, where it comes from, what to do with it and how you could let it go for good.
As a result of our human need for love and validation it has come as no surprise that we take on thoughts and behaviours in order to fit in with the group around us.
When left without conscious understanding or awareness though this need to fit in grows into a healthy inner critic whose only responsibility is to help us survive as a human species.
Join this conversation to begin to see through the guilt that you may be feeling at times for all kinds of things and experiences. And most importantly learn a new and a much more effective way to assist this inner critic of yours to actually help you change for the better.
