Here’s another paradox of a high achiever programming…
- I feel tired, fatigued, low on energy
- I need rest, nourishment, rejuvenation
- But I have this incessant pressure to stay productive
The biggest fear achievers have is in slowing down. Allowing this rest and recovery.
You may have gotten so good at going after external fears but for some reason you forgot about this one.
Closest to home.
This happens when the program “I’m valuable only when I perform” keeps playing out in the background.
“I want to take productive action” your mind keeps nagging you with 24/7, even when you wake up in the middle of the night at 3am.

The way out of this is to see this dynamic playing out in the first place.
Then to help the mind understand why this happens and to help it see that you’ve always been valuable, exactly as you are, except in some early development you learned that you needed to earn, to deserve the love and acceptance you craved.
